Finally, email that doesn't feel like homework

Running a boutique hotel, email is a huge part of our business but it has never brought me joy. My old platform made everything feel like pulling teeth, I'd spend forever on one simple promotion and still get terrible results. I thought about hiring an agency, but they cost a fortune. A friend recommended I try AlpacaRelay and I'm so glad they did.
Now I just tell the chat what I'm running and it writes it. Last week I needed a Mother's Day email, typed 'spa packages for moms, 20% off' and got back something that sounded like me but better. The chat's right there in the editor so when I wasn't sure about the subject line, I just asked for alternatives. Got three options, picked one, sent it out.
That email went to our list of loyalty guests and got 7% clicks. Used to get 2%. The chat even helped me fix the layout when something looked weird on mobile.
Only real issue is I can't do this from my phone when I'm away from the desk. Otherwise it's made email feel like something I can actually do instead of dreading it.

Actually writes my gym emails I figured email was just for big chains with marketing teams. I run a small gym. Turns out my members actually wanted to hear from me. I can tell this thing what I'm planning, new bootcamp class, member promotion, whatever, and it drafts the whole email. The chat thing is built right into the editor so I can ask it to adjust the tone or fix something that sounds off. No switching between windows or apps.Sent out a campaign about our new 6am slot and it filled within five days. A member even said the email reminded her to finally use that guest pass she'd been sitting on. That's real connection happening. Takes me maybe two minutes between classes to check how things are doing on my phone.I thought this stuff was complicated busywork. Turns out it actually works.

I run a fitness studio and I don't consider myself an email expert but the interface with AlpacaRelay was so easy to use I had a professional looking email in 5 minutes. The drag and drop interface let me tweak a couple things and then I could export it for sending. Great overall experience
