EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I honestly can’t describe how happy I am to have found this shop. It is the only store in the EU that sells and delivers AFRO LOVE hair products to Slovenia, which means the world to me and my daughter.

These products are essential for us – my daughter has African hair, and after finally finding the perfect routine, I really didn’t want to start experimenting with other brands again.

Ordering was easy, shipping costs were very reasonable (around €10), and the package arrived beautifully prepared. Inside, I also found a small but very thoughtful gift – four testers and two little Haribo packs, which made my daughter extremely happy 😊

Customer service was excellent as well. I accidentally forgot to include the house number in my address, and they contacted me immediately to clarify it, which felt very personal and caring.

I am truly satisfied, highly recommend this shop from the bottom of my heart, and I will definitely remain a very happy returning customer.

Has a nice smell...

it's bit early to tell but smells good and hair soft...but need to get more of hair smoothie. Hair transition is not so easy...having hair products to match your hair texture... So Peppy thanks for the products 😎✌🏽🌻🍀
