This was our first paragliding experience and it was great. Very professional setup from the initial online booking process through to the flight itself, with good communication throughout (including weather assessment in the lead up to the flight). Our pilot Jacques was very experienced, gave us confidence from the start and was a pleasure to be with.

We had a great experience from the moment we went into the ijump office in Maspolomas. Agatha was very helpful and explained everything to us clearly. I met Seba who put me at ease with his sense of humour, my husband met Leo who also put him at ease with his humour and pleasant manner. We had no issue jumping out of a plane from 10,000 feet after meeting Seba and Leo. Thanks!

Great facilities and team. Provided all the equipment and Laura was very competent and enthusiastic leader and made the whole trip great fun.

Fast and easy booking. Friendly and rapid communicatoin via Manawa when I had to reschedule.

Great experience and really helpful staff. I had to alter our group numbers a couple of times and it was no problem, Manawa were really helpful and I'd use them again.

It was a excellent experience. The site trasmite the proper information and it was easy to use. I redeemed a gift coupons and it was easy to use and the center affiliated was very good!

My husband and I went in n a tandem parasailing experience, which we loved from start to finish. Amazing staff and crew and fantastic photos too 😁

The company significantly misrepresented the service it sold. We booked paragliding over the archaeological site of Delphi with an advertised flight time of 20-30 minutes.

The actual paragliding was not over Delphi and lasted just over 5 minutes. Manawa representatives offered a 20% refund, which we did not feel was fair given the circumstances. During the dispute, Manawa even changed the activity description in order to cover its tracks. One of the agents in particular, Sam, was particularly rude and dismissive.

I wrote a factual but negative review on Manawa's website, which they never published. It makes me wonder how many other unfavorable reviews have simply been silenced.

Manama's response below is a good example of their duplicity. I'd already communicated extensively with them and they didn't help. But for the heck of it, I sent them a follow up email after they posted here and asked me to reach out. They didn't reply. Their message here is just for show.

Amazing experience for beginners or new divers, our instructor Dimitris was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience one to remember! 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone who visits the island.

A great introduction to Via Ferrata for myself and my teenage daughter.
Our guide (veto) was a really nice guy, very experienced and patient. KoflerSport were lovely too and gave us beer and chocolate when we finished!

I booked a horse ride in the sea in Tamarin, Mauritius through Manawa. The Manawa team acted professionally from learning about the details of the activity to booking and placing the order and following up on the details afterwards. The activity itself was fantastic and our family had a great time.

Customer service is really worthless.
An instructor that is literally swearing to you in a WhatsApp message and when you want to refund they refer to their policy and are not willing to even consider their own part in the mess...
Watch out when paragliding: TRANSPORTATION TO DESTINATION IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!! You have to arrange it yourself so when you are for example in playa del Ingles you need to take a bus from one hour and you need to take an additional taxi and off course you have to get back which makes it all very expensive. As I said the instructor is very short because he is "flying all day" en when you Tell them there is information on the website that you can get transport he tells me it's not possible and you can not get a refund because now you're too late. One top of this the guy swore the word "tyfus"when I read him what was on the website.

Amazing experience. So peaceful, well setup and safe. Great to see the Costa Del Sol coastline so clearly.

Snorkeling Tour in the Aeolian Islands, Sicily was great
Vi got Pick up by privat driver who drove us for 2 hr for meeting point without ex.charge
The guide on the tour was so fresh making everybody happy and the tour was awesome
