3 days my order is in status "Processing 1". I was hoping to get it within two weeks before my next trip, but no dice.

So far so good. I still haven’t received the items but should by Friday.

I bought a military bag Cams 3.0

Very satisfied with the customer service. Replied in time, very helpful and skilled. Return from Germany due to too big size worked smooth. Got the return label, send it back and got the refund. Easy fix.

Shopping experience was fine but not great.
Swiftly delivered and really happy with products.
I would have given a 5 star rating had they offered
PayPal at checkout.

Shipment for Germany is coming from Sweden. This was not clear when I ordered and the shipping is too late. I have to fly for business without the clothes. I especially ordered from the German site hoping it will arrive on time.

Everything as expected, I am a long time customer of 5.11. Thank you!

Everything is great

I've already purchased two backpacks from 5.11 and recently another small backpack. The products are very good, but unfortunately, my experience with customer support has been very poor. 5.11 debited the wrong amount for my last order, but prior to that, they also "reserved/froze" the correct amount. I no longer have access to the reserved amount. My repeated attempts to explain this have yielded no insight whatsoever from customer support (Ms. J.). At no point did the lady offer a solution; on the contrary, she claimed that nothing unusual was found. If two different amounts for one order are missing from my account, then it is indeed unusual and must be corrected. Especially if the debited amount has nothing to do with the order I confirmed in their webshop. Only after many emails and a final explanation from me did J. forward the case to accounting. This isn't a good way to treat customers, and I'm really disappointed by how passively they responded to the problem.

The case is currently pending as a complaint with my bank, and I reserve the right to take legal action if 5.11 does not correct the situation.

My answer to yours from 17.03.25:
First you reserved the right amount. But 2 days later you captured a wrong amount. And still the right amount is reserved and my bank or I have no access to it. You caused the problem so I ask you to fix it. Delete the reservation and debit the right amount, thanks.

The website says shipping takes 5-7 days and it's been nearly a month and I still don't have my boots, that's my only complaint. They are really helpful anytime I called and asked about my order they checked for me and told me how long it would be, the website is clean and it's very easy to use.

Very bad first experience.

These pants tore between my legs at the edges of the seam , after 2 months of use , I wore these pants 3 days a week . Poor fabric quality .

I have been a customer for a long time and have always received good service and excellent quality.

I received the belt, which made a solid impression at first glance.

But it was too big, i.e. too long.

The description gives length measurements for the size, which are probably correct.

However, it also says "Runs small, we recommend ordering one size larger."

Unfortunately, I followed this and did not order the belt in XL, as I understood it from the size chart, but ordered one size larger, i.e. 2XL, based on the recommendation.

My complaint with a request for an exchange was not answered.

So return shipment.
Money back deductions postage.

A lot of work for nothing.

My review has not been published by 5.11 Tactical until today.

I cannot recognize any customer service.

Why does it take so long?

The package was sent to a packstation I could not use.
The package was ultimately returned to 511 through no fault of mine.
DHL and Deutsche Post have teamed up to FUBAR any delivery attempt you may have relied upon.

My purchase was exactly what I expected and the quality is great! I’ve been very satisfied with everything I’ve ever bought from 5.11. Delivery was quick too.

It's only 4 stars because I didn't had the chance to actually do a long term test.
Fitting is good and I was quiet impressed about how comfortable the boots feel already from the beginning.
I started walking a bit and then running,... Thank you for your delivery. I won't return it. Good work and recommend.
