This was the biggest disappointment in all my home improvements!
First of all we were ripped off to say the least. I will take credit for that due to the fact that I didn't do my homework and get quotes from anyone else. So the amount of money we paid was just ridiculous. Im not usually one to write a review at all let alone a bad one but when the kind of money that was spent it needs to be addressed. If the job was done correctly I wouldn't care so much about the money but it was nothing but a mess . Let's start with how the broke my sink in my first floor bathroom and never attempted to fix it. They also installed the floor like somone who just started the job that day. There were gaps in places places that were missing pieces. The front door hits the stairs due to the floor not being placed in correctly. Did I mention that not one person who was there to install the floor spoke a word of English no I take that back, when it came time for his payment he suddenly learned how to speak English. Now here is the icing on the cake. I called them several times and could not get anyone on the phone just an answering machine which I left several messages on and noone ever returned not one of my calls including the manger who I also left several messages for on a supposed direct line. I was also told by the sales person who made up these astronomical prices for the job that when it was complete he would be back to do a walk through with us to be sure everything was good but that never happened couldn't get him on the phone either. This by far was a complete disaster to say the least. I also reported them to th BBB and honestly they should be ashamed of themselves. I will never refer them to anyone in fact I inform people who inquire about this kind of job to go else where and I will continue to advise people so they don't have anything close to the exspierance we had..

Great service from Lupe & Luis
Lupe called before coming and gave me a very accurate estimate of arrival. He and Luis immediately checked out the rooms to be carpeted and set about doing their job. They were respectful of the area and finished the job in a timely manner. The carpet looks great!

Second time used…
This is the 2nd time we have had 50 Floor install our flooring so we knew we would get good experience with the price and professionalism of the employees. This time we had 2 brothers come to remove all furniture, old carpeting and install the LVP for 3 of our bedrooms. The only problem I think is that for 3 rooms you need more than 2 workers. We would definitely call or refer this company again.

The best contractor experience ever!
The workers showed up on time. They did an excellent job and finished a bit earlier than expected. Cleaned the whole area, replaced the furniture and left the house spotless. I called the office the next morning with a trim strip needing replacement and they came over during their lunch break that day and handled the issue. This was the best experience I have ever had with contractors!
