great customer service!

Missguided are great for up to the minute fashion at great prices. and deal with returns very quickly which is good because a lot of their customers will be students who need to have their money back into their bank accounts asap.

This website really sucks!

I Liked coat very much and decided to purchase it, Paid 107 $ and asked to ship parcel in US address.I received an email saying that they need to run security check on the payment and transaction is flagged as high risk until I provide "a copy of ID matching the card holder, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with proof of address in the form of either a recent bank statement or utility bill issued in the card holders name to the address the card is registered to". Why they need such information??? I have never faced demand from online retailers.

I wouldn't recommend to US customers

I have placed my first order on 3/20/14 very late in the evening and due to total amount paid I was supposed to receive 1 day expedited shipping. I was SO excited about Nicole collection and since it is only available on their website, I had no choice but give it a try. So on 3/21 I received an email saying that they need to run security check on the payment and transaction is flagged as high risk until I provide "a copy of ID matching the card holder, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with proof of address in the form of either a recent bank statement or utility bill issued in the card holders name to the address the card is registered to". And my first thought were what kind of scam is it and that someone is trying to steal my identity?! How can I send those things via email (by the way, the only method of their communication, which I found out later) and what kind of security check on my method of payment you need, the order went though and the charge was placed in my card, which I verified online? (I paid with a credit card that is fully paid off and the limit is over $5000? I am also a homeowner and have never ever experienced any more degrading requests while shopping online?!)...But I decided not to let my emotions ruin my shopping experience and after checking the reviews decided to proceed even though I wished I checked reviews before ordering (some US and Canadian customers were saying that they had to pay custom fees upon delivery of the package and it is usually more than what they paid for the purchase and that returns are a hassle). Anyway, I thought that since the website states missguidedUS.com and all the prices are in US Dollars that the company have warehouses in US as well and the order will be shipped from USA (not the case!) So I sent all the required paperwork within next 2 hours and they said that I will be notified when they will "lift the restrictions". So here comes Monday 3/24 and they are notifying me that everything is ok and I will be receiving my tracking confirmation soon. On Tuesday 3/25 I emailed asking why I haven't received any tracking number for my order and verified if maybe I misunderstood and I wasn't qualified for expedited shipping? I received an email quite fast saying that I should receive shipping confirmation shorty and I was indeed supposed to receive expedited shipping. So when I still didn't get any tracking numbers by Wednesday 3/26 evening (England time Thursday morning, that's where their customer service reps are) I wrote them saying that I have to cancel my order due to my departure for 11 days on vacation and honestly I was hoping to take some of the items purchased with me. I think I was patient enough and it's been almost a week since I ordered and I didn't even get a shipping confirmation?! and what is the reason for such a delay?! They emailed me back quickly saying that they will cancel my order and they need to let courier know to stop my order. Then I asked if it has been dispatched then that's ok, let it go through, however, they still couldn't give me a definite answer nor they provided with confirmation number. And 3 weeks later I still didn't see neither my money back on my card nor the package. So after emailing back and forth I was so frustrated with this whole experience and they seemed to not have a clue what was going on (every time new rep was responding) and one of the reps told me that they didn't receive my items and if I can provide him/her with a tracking number of my return?! Which then I just demanded my refund or I would have call my card issue and dispute the charge! They posted a payment within 2 days after that. To summarize it all, I think that for US customers the shipping time frame and customer service hours are unacceptable (no phone number to call and get your answers!!!), even though they usually replied on my emails within 24 hours! I really wished it worked out but unfortunately would not recommend them to anyone due to HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this online retailer. I am willing to give it another try if they open an office (warehouse) in USA, but until then wish good luck to anyone who decides to order from them!

clothes are great quality BUT returns take too long

The clothes are a nice decent quality. I purchased from the nicole collection and loved what I got. One item purchased from non-nicole collection did not fit so I returned and I haven't heard anything about the process of my return. I got the tracking and I shipping to US location for returns and still haven't heard about what the status of return is and if they received it on their end. communication as a whole with missguided is quite different then i'm use. hopefully i hear back soon...

The clothes and prices aren't too bad but definitely the SLOWEST Order Delivery and Return Process I've ever experienced from an online retailer. I took advantage of their 20% off college discounts through MyUnidays. I've made two orders with the company within the last two months. The first order was sent expedited due to my order total. Delivery wasn't really fast, but arrived in a decent amount of time, I ended up liking 1 out of 4 of the items, and returning the rest of the order immediately via USPS Priority with tracking. 2 days later it was delivered to their NY Return location on March 24th.I emailed them about my return on April 9th and they informed me that they have yet to receive it even though I provided them with the tracking that proved its delivery, then they later responded saying that they have received it at the NY location but it is now being sent to UK , in which can take up to 14 days for processing of my return and that I will receive an email when my return has been received there. Well now, It is now April 19th, 26 days later since my return was delivered to the NY return address requested for U.S orders and have still yet to receive anything about my Return. Not an email, not a refund not anything, I'm giving it another week until I file a claim through my payment option. Clearly, it would be alot faster and easier to receive my money back that way. I hate that had made a second order too soon after my first, because I had to return an item from that order as well. Delivery for that order took over 2 weeks, I can't imagine having to wait over 30 days for a return is ridiculous. Especially considering I have shopped other international retailers in which my returns were processed within a week. Missguided is not worth the headache.

Let down,let down

Of the two times I have ordered clothes from misguided I have chosen next day delivery on both occasions. And on neither of these occasions have I received it. My first purchase was a black dress which was good quality fit well and was as shown and I was happy with the product. However this time I am still awaiting my parcel of €90 worth of clothing and €10 next day delivery charge. I have been informed via my fed ex tracker hours before it was due to arrive that it wouldn't arrive. This is not enough notice and misguided themselves should inform your customers. If you cannot provide next day delivery don't offer it. Still awaiting a reply. They were much faster last time. I feel like not even opening my parcel when it arrives and sending everything back and refrain from using this site and not re commending it anymore.

I'm trying to Change my delivery address and no one is replying back to my emails, HELP! I'm emailing from tolbertashley@yahoo.com, they are about to deliver my package to the wrong address!!!

Consistently awful quality substituted for 'value'

Originally I ordered a white playsuit for my 16 year old daughter at the cost of £20, this was gorgeous and fit her perfectly and felt good quality- until it was washed and is now falling apart after being warn once? Awful quality and is unable to wear it again! I'd like to return this. After thinking this wouldn't happen again, I had to order her something else as she couldn't wear it again. I brought two white dresses. This was tragic. The first is lowest quality material with it being extremely unflattering and cut wrong. Value at £7 however unwearable. The second was a lovely looking dress with a see through panel on the belly for £20. Once arrived the panel was in the wrong place, awful cut at the top and the straps were just pieces of string. I will not be buying from them ever again as the quality is disgusting and I'd much rather pay double for something functional. Now a cost to return on top of the £4 delivery I paid? They're laughing!

BLIMMING AWFUL.

Dress was way too short and looked way longer in the pictures. I'm even 5'2 wearing a size 6 and the model is 5'6 wearing a size 8 yet it was just brimming my bum! Sleeves weren't long enough either but that isn't too much of an issue.
I ordered this http://www.missguided.co.uk/felicite-premium-sequin-cross-over-dress-47501 it was my first time actually ordering from Missguided and definitely my last.
Oh and did I mention, it was sent to BASILDON when I live in Romford?
AND when it finally came to me they listed it on the tracking website as having gone through the letterbox, bear in mind I have a wide, long and quite obvious post box, when really they just chucked it on the floor in front of my house?! lol.
Definitely will not order from Missguided again

Nice looking clothes but often disappointed on arrival

It's hard to order things from Missguided as I love some of the clothes but find the sizings are sometimes inconsistent and the clothes sometimes appear poor quality and different to the images online. Therefore, I have returned all of the things I have bought from Missguided.
Delivery has always been prompt and my returns have always been processed without any problems however I find I have missed out on a lot of money by returning things so am reluctant to order again.

Excellent.. When it actually works!

I have ordered a lot of thing from Missguided and more often than not something has gone wrong. The most common being paying extra for next day deliver and it not arriving. I have also had a number of experiences when I have placed an order and then it hasn't been available and my order had been cancelled. I have also been sent an item in the wrong size, asked for it to be changed to the correct size and then that item has not been available.

The products however are reasonably priced and good quality when/ if they actually arrive!

Poulina Value Long Sleeve Skater Dress In Scarlet.
I bought this product for my 13yr old daughter, who hates clothes shopping and anything 'girly', but this little frock was a real hit with her!
The material has a lovely, soft feel to it and the dress looks well made - no clicks in the jersey or holes in the stitching. Even the hem is even, which is unusual for a skater dress! An all round value for money buy, in my opinion and my daughter looks stunning in it!
It was very quickly delivered too; ordered last night (Sunday) and had arrived by early afternoon today - Fantastic!

LAST TIME I SHOP HERE EVER!!!!!

I just placed an order on April 4, I was sent an email containing my order information, along with my tracking information. When I went to track my package, the tracking system stated that my number was not valid. I email Missguided requesting the correct tracking information only to be told that, since my order is being delivered through standard mail, they are unable to track my package; moreover, I was told that international delivery takes 10-15 business days. How the hell can you not track my package when you shipped the damn thing?! I shouldn't have to check my damn post office!! Furthermore, the website indicates that international shipping takes 10 business days!!! Are those extra days used to determine ways to piss customers off?! I have never had this issue with ASOS, Boohoo, or any other international online clothing store. I should've just listened to the bad reviews!

Slow delivery and bad customer service!

I ordred some clothes the 28 Feb. And a month later I still haven't received anything, I was told to call my local post office. When the post office didn't have anything, missguided only said, that I could make a claim.
Now 6 weeks later, I got an email saying they have my packaged, because it was return, but I never received it. They say you can track you order, which doesn't work, and if they did track it, They should now were my order where when I ask them.

Quick, Efficient and Quality

Missguided is fab for a variety of people. I struggle to clothes in most brands as I am naturally a size 4-6 and not many places stock it. Missguided have all the newest fashions in the small sizes and the clothing feels great and is a good price. (I'm a student). I love being able to get clothes in my size which are not from a kids section and still keep the quality and service I would receive on the highstreet. I would 100% recommend!

Delivered late, still waiting for a refund

Ordered a dress in next day delivery. Didn't come the next day so had to chase up myself. Offered 10% refund and a new one sent for the day after. Arrived damaged and unwearable! Sent back over 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Not happy with the service and lack of communication

Hoping For The Best

Loved all their items online. However, I received a romper with faulty zip, & my other two items did not fit well. So I asked for an exchange. Unfortunately, MissGuided does not have an exchange program for US customers. So basically what I had to do is return my items (I have to pay for the shipping) & then pay for the same exact things in the correct size. Yeah, crazy. I lost complete interest.

Now this is where my horror story begins, I go to FEDEX to return my items but FEDEX does not ship to P.O. Boxes. I tried UPS, & I can not print out a label due to the fact the MissGuided does not have a number. However, UPS states that I can still send my package but since it is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed. And UPS does not provide tracking numbers for shipments to P.O box addresses. What baffles me is that you want your customers to pay for returns goods but do not have a standard US courier.

I'm upset but I haven't completely given up. I shop online a lot & this has never happened to me. Neither have I had a company tell me to send pictures of a faulty item or a receipt. I will not be shopping here, until they actually have a return/refund process. Because right now it seems non-existent. Now I can only hope for the best, & pray that I get refunded. I'll keep you all posted!

Good fast fashion, shame about the inconvenient returns policy.

Missguided is a great site for fast fashion at (mostly) good prices. Some items i.e. the footwear could be cheaper as the quality is so low, like market stall quality. Also that you have to pay for returns is a real inconvenience, everyone wants the option to try something on and be able to send back if necessary. That you have to pay to return regularly stops me from buying from Misguided, if ASOS can manage free postage you should be able to!

I really like Misguided!

I ordered a dress from misguided and ordered it in the wrong size. It tooling them a while to process the order so I requested it not to be shipped to the customer service. I talked with one of their customer service representatives and the order was cancelled. However, the next day the order was shipped. So I contacted them again to clear up the confusion and they were actually very patient and considerate. I was refunded my money and purchased the dress in the size I wanted. The dress fits perfect. If you are having problems I suggest the keeping in contact with their customer service( frequently !) If you live in the U.S. I RECOMMEND purchasing your order with express shipping. It will come right on time. A lot of bad reviews I was saw were focused on shipping and customer service. Thats my advice on those! So I stand behind Misguided and I definitely would order from Misguided again!
